Chairman of the Board

Chairman of the board at MCM, board member at Migdal Financial Holdings and Migdal Insurance Company, chairman of the Investment Committee at Migdal Insurance. Mr. Eliahu was also General Manager of Eliahu Holdings from 2008-2012.

Mr. Eliahu previously served as the Eliahu Group's Chief Investment Officer (CIO), a position in which his focus was on long-term investments and the creation of special financing structures.

He is the founder of Israel's Family Business Center and Vehadatra - Lifetime Wisdom (NGO) and a board member at Lev Ohev (NGO) and Nova (NGO).

His long-term goal is the informed linking of positive societal values with capital to create sustainable platforms that function effectively in viable societies.‎

Joseph Ben Baruch

CEO, Migdal Capital Markets

Mr. Ben Baruch has been CEO of Migdal Capital Markets since July 1, 2014. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at Migdal Mutual Funds as well as Migdal Portfolio Management.

Before joining Migdal Capital Markets as CEO, Mr. Ben Baruch was the Controller and Legal Advisor of Eliahu Holdings and its subsidiaries, Chairman of Eliahu Insurance Company’s Investment Committee, and on the Board of Directors at Migdal Capital Markets

Mr. Ben Baruch holds an LLB in Law, BA in Accounting and MBA from Tel Aviv University.‎

Sagi Stein

CEO, Migdal Mutual Funds

Mr. Stein serves as Deputy CEO of Migdal Capital Markets and CEO of Migdal Mutual Funds Ltd., one of the leading Israeli Mutual Funds companies and a subsidiary of Migdal Capital Markets.

He previously served in key positions within Migdal Capital Markets, including Chief Investments Officer for Migdal Mutual Funds, and various other research, portfolio, funds management and marketing positions.

Mr. Stein holds a BA in Economics from Ben-Gurion University, from which he graduated with honors.

Tzur Peleg

CEO, Migdal Portfolio Management

Mr. Peleg brings tremendous experience to the company, with more than 14 years working in the Israeli capital markets, during which he served in a variety of positions, starting as an investment professional and later moving into managerial positions. Prior to joining MCM, Mr. Peleg served as CEO of the Analyst Ltd. portfolio management company and as the head of fixed income investments at Clal Finance.

Mr. Peleg holds a BA in Economics from the College of Management and an MBA from Manchester University. ‎

Roee Eizenman

CEO, Migdal Investment Banking

Mr. Eizenman heads the investment banking business of the Migdal group. With over 10 years of capital markets and investment banking experience, he is an expert in financial engineering, with an exceptional track record in leading and generating financial solution tailored to top notch Israeli firm in both the private and the public sectors.
Previously, Mr. Eizenman served as CEO of Migdal Issuers, which handles all the public activity related to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and financial institutions. Mr. Eizenman completed hundreds equity and debt transaction, including some of the largest and most significant Israeli related ones.
On 2013 he was named one of the 40 successful and promising young Israeli businessman by Globes magazine.
Mr. Eizenman holds an Executive MBA in Financial Engineering and Banking from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem (Magna Cum Laude), and a B.A. in Business Administration and Risk Management from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya (Summa cum laude).

Yossi Shvimer

CEO, Migdal Capital Markets Alternative Investments

Mr. Shvimer is the CEO of MCM Alternative Investments, and also serves in key positions within Migdal Capital Markets as the Chief Economist and the Head of Research Dept., Mr. Shvimer is also a member of the Bank of Israel forecasters committee and has more that 11 years working in the Israeli capital markets.

Mr. Shvimer holds BA in Economics from Ben-Gurion University an MBA with thesis from the collage of Management (cum laude), and currently doing Phd. at Bar-Ilan University in Finance.‎
